This report looks at what works when it comes to reporting, what is not working well or where things go wrong, and recommendations to improve reporting harassment and violence at work.

This survey shows that domestic violence (DV) is a prominent workplace issue, with 1/3 of those who reported experiencing DV reporting that it affected their ability to work. More than half of the DV survivors said that the violence continued at their workplace, with things like harassing phone calls and stalking. Most DV survivors said it affected their work performance, making them feel distracted, tired, or unwell.
